Not in love with your purchase? Let us know! We will be happy to exchange or refund the item as long as it is in ‘like new’ condition and within 10 days.

For online purchases, the 10 days will begin on the mail delivery date.
For in-person purchases, the 10 days will begin the day of the sale.

WHAT TO DO:

  • Send us a email to Sales@SimpleSoulMS.com with your name, phone number, order number and a brief explanation of what is wrong and what you would like to do.
  • Keep an eye out for a response from us with a return mailing label so the item can be shipped back to us.
  • When package delivers back to us, we will issue the refund or get your new item shipped out. 

REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ISSUED / SENT OUT UNTIL THE RETURNED ITEM DELIVERS BACK TO US. 

SIMPLE SOUL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TRANSIT ISSUES. ONCE THE PACKAGE HAS BEEN SHIPPED, IT IS OUT OF OUR CONTROL. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR MISSING / STOLEN PACKAGES.
